ABOUT JAMIE

"I work with people to set meaningful goals and realistic strategies, and then to put the strategies into action. I assist my clients and their organizations to attain those goals quicker and with fewer detours than if they were to attempt them on their own."

Jamie has well developed strategic, organizational, coaching, and negotiating skills. She is dedicated and highly motivated to facilitate organizational progress focusing on assisting the client to identify potential, create strategy and put strategy into action.

She has been coaching owners and leaders of small businesses for several years.  Clients find her coaching to be one of their most trusted relationships and discover the value in having an objective third party with whom they feel comfortable voicing challenges and opportunities in all areas of their lives. This allows clients to create an integrated approach, direction, plan and action. 

Jamie is also an active personal coach. In these relationships, she assists her clients to discover and describe their vision, and then provides customized services to help them get from here to where they want to be.

• Holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
• Belongs to the International Coach Federation ("ICF"), having earned her ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential
• Served as Membership Director of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches
• Served as Chairman of the Board for the Uptown 17 Business Revitalization Zone.
• Mentor coaches individuals who are financially challenged to develop skills and perspectives that benefit them in their new businesses.

Jamie’s prior business background includes:

• 12-years as Vice President of a successful mid-sized commercial real estate development and management company in Alberta and British Columbia.
• 5 years with IBM Canada Ltd.
