Six-month personal coaching

  • Increase your awareness of who you are

  • Recognize the resources you already have as well as resources you will need to gather for your new journey
  • Handle potential hurdles before they come up
  • Minimize dependencies on others
  • Start the journey along your new path
  • Learn how to set boundaries and standards
  • Learn from hurdles that you could not anticipate
  • Live the life you desire and enjoy or learn from each moment of it. Celebrate!

Structure

  • Three 45-55 minute sessions per month (1 per week for 3 weeks)
  • By phone or in person
  • Email support in between sessions
  • MBTI assessment
