Six-month personal coaching
- Increase your awareness of who you are
- Reconnect with what it is that truly motivates and excites you\Define what it is you want for your life
- Recognize the resources you already have as well as resources you will need to gather for your new journey
- Handle potential hurdles before they come up
- Minimize dependencies on others
- Start the journey along your new path
- Learn how to set boundaries and standards
- Learn from hurdles that you could not anticipate
- Live the life you desire and enjoy or learn from each moment of it. Celebrate!
Structure
- Three 45-55 minute sessions per month (1 per week for 3 weeks)
- By phone or in person
- Email support in between sessions
- MBTI assessment
