Health & wellness means different things to each of us throughout the various ages and stages of our lives. I help people to enhance their health and wellness strategies wherever they are in their journey, and whatever their motivation is at that particular time. We work together to create greater awareness about what is affecting their health and wellness, experimenting with positive changes that become integrated into their lives.

Some of the challenges that my clients bring to our coaching relationship are:

  • Stress at work, career transition, preparing for next steps
